At Trillium Villa on Saturday, May 8, 2010, FLORENCE MAE (RANSLEY) JAY, age 87, of Sarnia, beloved wife of the late Gilbert William Jay. Dear mother of John Jay and Donna Campbell and her husband Barry all of Sarnia. Loving grandmother of Gene and Patrick Campbell and Jodi Kee. Also survived by several great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Dear sister of Annie Smith of Sarnia and sister-in-law of Jean Ransley of Sarnia. Several nieces and nephews also survive. A lifelong Sarnia area resident, Mrs. Jay was pre-deceased by 2 sisters Rosie and Beatrice and 4 brothers Jesse, Jim, Bob and Jack. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Tuesday, May 11 th. at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Monday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Charity of Choice (cheques only please).
