Farron (Deek) Joseph

At Bluewater Health on Thursday, April 14, 2011, FARRON JAMES (DEEK) JOSEPH, age 58, of Aamjiwnaang First Nation, dear father of Sylvia Cloud of Kettle Point and Farron Joseph Jr. of Aamjiwnaang. Loving grandfather of Anita, Olivia, Darcy, Noah, Daisy, Jocelyn, Jackson and Nathan. Dear brother of Muriel Joseph-Plain, Cheryl Deacon, Mary Lou Williams, Allan Joseph Sr. and Norman Joseph Sr. all of Aamjiwnaang and Josephine George of Kettle Point. Also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A lifelong resident of Aamjiwnaang, Mr. Joseph was pre-deceased by his parents Iva and Noah Joseph, five brothers Arnold, Alfred, Sanford, Hubert and Leslie and a sister Janet. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel of the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Monday, April 18 th. at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Lennox Taylor officiating. Interment in Aamjiwnaang First Nation Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon and evening from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society (cheques only please).
