Eugene Frederick Kingdon

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Eugene (Gene) Kingdon, age 87 of Sarnia. He passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Afton Park Place Nursing Home. He was the loving husband for 68 years of Joyce (Fyfe) Kingdon, dear father of Beverley Gilbert (Brian), Brian Kingdon (Lori), Sandra Gagnon and Kelly Taylor (Jasen), grandfather of Jamie Gagnon, Sydney Taylor, Jakeb Taylor and Vincent Barnes-Kingdon and the brother of Frances Johnson. He was predeceased by his parents William and Margaret, his sister Shirley Huctwith and his brother Bill. Gene was the youngest Ford dealer in Canada and was the co-owner of Guthrie-Kingdon Motors. He continued in the car business until he retired. Memorial donations made in memory of Gene to the Sarnia Humane Society would be appreciated by the family. Private cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9.
