ETHEL D. J. FERGUSON (CLARKE)

Peacefully and lovingly surrounded by her family, on Tuesday May 14, 2024 Ethel D. J. Ferguson, age 94 of Sarnia Vision Nursing Home, born, raised and lifelong resident of Point Edward was promoted to Glory.
She was the wife of the late James A. Ferguson. Loving Mom to (late) Dave (Kathy Beattie); Bob (Valerie) and Sue (John) Platt. Grandmother to Kimberley Kaldeway (Jamie), Cheryl (Mat Balics) Nickels, Jeremy (Audrey Mclean) Nickles, Tanya Nickles and Nicholas (Bailley) Ferguson. Also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, Samantha (Avery) Duncan, Timothy (Christina), James and Christopher Johnson, Cody (Sarah), Ben, Holly Nickles and Jaiden Nickles and Zeke, Keziah, Izzy, Ezra, 3 great-great- grandchildren, Quintin, Walter, Vincent and one coming soon, several nieces, nephews, friends, family and faithful friend of 89 years, Shirley McLachlen.
She was the cherished daughter of the late Elsie and Arthur Clarke and loving sister to the late Bill, Louis, Art, George, Jim, John, Hazel, Joyce (Bob) Williamson and Grace (Mel) Brown.
Visitation will be held from the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St., Sarnia) on Friday May 17th from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. processing to a graveside service at Lakeview Cemetery at 2:30 p.m.
The family would like to thank the amazing staff and volunteers of Vision Nursing & Rest Home for the great care that Mom received for the last 5 years.
