Elva Leona Johnston

JOHNSTON, Elva (Kate) -   On Thursday, March 3, 2016, Elva Leona ( Murchinson) Johnston, age  85, passed away peacefully with her family at her side at Bluewater Health Sarnia. She was the beloved wife of Harold Johnston and will be greatly missed by her children; Barbara Coyle and her husband Tom, Harold Johnston Jr., Darlene Wiwcharuk and her husband Doug, Stephen Johnston and Gerald Johnston. She was a grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also survived by her siblings; Sam (Dorothy), Kathleen (Francis), Grace and Charlie ( Alvine). Predeceased by her parents Winfred and Mable Murchinson and daughter  Joyce Cassista and brothers; Roy, Tom, Arnold and Pat and sisters; Alberta, Ruby and Rowena.  Funeral Services will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St., Sarnia) on Tuesday, March 8th, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 12:00 noon until time of service. Cremation will follow.
