COOPER-ELLEN ELIZABETH é¢a‚A"BETTYé¢a‚ age 91 passed away at Marshall Gowland Manor on May 1, 2010. She was born in Warwick, Ontario on January 17, 1919 and lived most of her life in Sarnia. Betty was a life member of Devine Street United Church and most recently a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Sarnia. She was predeceased by her husband Harry Melvin Cooper of 51 years (1986), son Jackie (1941), parents Pheobe and Bertie Prince and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her three sons, Harry Junior (Barbara) of Petrolia, Fred (Rosetta) and Tom (Patricia) of Sarnia, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and a special sister-in-law Helen Prince. Resting at the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE where services will be held on Wednesday May 5, 2010 at 11:00 am with Pastor Roger Ellis officiating. Interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday afternoon and evening from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Redeemer Lutheran Church Capital Fund (cheques only please).
