Dorothy Lockhart

At Sumac Lodge on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, DOROTHY CAROLINE (PHILLIPS) LOCKHART, age 91, of Sarnia, loving wife of the late Owen Mitchell Lockhart QC. Dear mother of Owen Homer Lockhart and his wife Barb of Sarnia, Larry Melvin Lockhart of London and Bruce Keith Lockhart and his wife Beth of Sarnia. Grandmother of Owen Jr. (Pam), Lynn (Scott), Rebecca, Ron, Drew, Lisa, Jennifer, Melanie (John) and Alan. Great grandmother of Ashley, Nora, Grace, Leah, Melissa, Michelle, Suzanne and Brent and great great grandmother of Taylor. Sister of Jean Weiss (Doug McFadden) and mother in law of Lynda Buckland all of Sarnia. Many nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by her son Robert, sister Irene Burley, brothers Frank, Alex, Harry and Stewie and daughter in law Judy. Dorothy enjoyed her golf, bridge club, the piano and entertaining her family and friends. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Friday, March 19th at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow in Lakeview Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 noon until time of service. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation, Alzheimer's Society or Charity of Choice (cheques only please).
