Doreen Rose

MARY é¢a‚A"DOREENé¢a‚ (WARD) ROSE, born March 25, 1937, passed away suddenly and sadly surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, November 29 at Bluewater Health in Sarnia at the age of 75. She is survived by her husband Jim and will be so strongly missed after 55 years of marriage. Loving mother to daughter Vicky (Bill) Murphy of Oakville and son Doug (Pam) Rose of Corunna. Cherished forever in the hearts of her granddaughters Trisha (John) Thorn, Sarah Poxon, Erin and Justine Rose. She will be greatly missed by all her friends at é¢a‚A"Therapyé¢a‚ Card Club. She loved hockey, theatre, to dance and golf and enjoyed meeting and talking to people from the many activities she enjoyed. She will be missed by many. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive their friends at the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Tuesday evening, December 4 th. from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 8:00 p.m. with Connie Ellis of St. Luke's United Church officiating. Private inurnment of ashes will take place at Resurrection Cemetery. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Charity of Choice.
