Delbert "Chippy" Chypyha

CHYPYHA, DEL – At Bluewater Health on Saturday, November 19, 2016, Delbert “Chippy” George Chypyha, age 78 of Sarnia passed away with his family by his side. He was the loving husband of Shirley (Vandenberghe) Chypyha of Sarnia and dear step- father of Christopher McMichael (Christina), Chad McMichael (Robin) and Kelly Chypyha. Several grandchildren also survive. Del served with the Canadian Military and retired after many years as a teacher with the Lambton/Kent County School Board. He was an active and longtime member of the Sarnia Golf & Curling Club. At Del’s request private family services will be held. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre.
