Debra Sharen

With deepest sadness on January 20, 2009, DEBRA MARIE SHAREN, with profound grace, beauty and strength, was taken from us at the age of 50. Debra's passion in life was her family with whom she was surrounded by for the last days and final moments of her life. She was the loving daughter of Patricia Male. Special partner to Larry Shepard. Dear mother of Nadine Raaymaker (Adam) and Michael Sharen (Harlee). Sister of David Gratton (Christine) and Jennifer Elliott (Tracy). Grandmother of Madison Percival , Andrew Raaymaker and Lillian Sharen. Aunt of David-Lee Gratton and Amber Elliott and great aunt of Isaac Gratton. Debra had a greatness about her that could never be explained in words. Debra's giving heart had no ends. Debra lived for her grandchildren which could bring a smile to her face beyond any joy you've ever seen. Debra was a cherished daughter, mother, nanny and sister and will sadly be missed forever. A celebration of Debra's life will be held from the Chapel of the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME on Friday, January 23rd at 1:00 pm. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Breast Cancer Society or the Palliative Care Unit of Bluewater Health would be appreciated by the family (cheques only please).
