Catherine (Kay) Dargewitcz

At Victoria Hospital, London on Sunday, July 4, 2010, CATHERINE (KAY) ELIZABETH (MAHONEY) DARGEWITCZ, age 80, of Sarnia, loving wife of the late Harry Dargewitcz (2003). Dear mother of Ingrid Mills-Knight and her husband Howard of Clandeboye and Robert Dargewitcz and Daina Martens of Calgary, Alberta. Grandmother of Keegan, Shane and Rachel Mills-Knight. Sister of Reginald Mahoney, Harry Mahoney and his wife Viola and Patrick Mahoney and his wife Carmelle. She was predeceased by her sister Geraldine Arsenau. Kay was a nurse for 46 years, retiring at the age of 65. For five years following retirement, she continued to do volunteer work at the hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Ross Bartley at St. Benedict's Roman Catholic Church (Oak & Lansdowne) on Saturday, July 10th at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 102 Victoria St., N., Sarnia, on Friday afternoon and evening from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Sarnia & District Humane Society (cheques only please).
