Carol Louise Blakely

Peacefully in her sleep on October 4th, 2024, Carol Louise Blakely passed away at the age of 81. She was the loving mother of Nora Blakely (Bill), Russell Blakely (Sulpicia), and predeceased Edward Blakely (Bonnie). She was predeceased by sisters Barbara Tomlinson and Nancy Tinkham. Beloved gramma of Stephanie and Samantha. Adored Gigi of Alexander. Cherished by nephews Donald (Karen) and family, Brian (Arlene), and David (Beth) and family. She will be lovingly remembered by her extended family and friends, both near and far. Predeceased by parents Elsie (Cater) and Harvey Tinkham. A special thanks to Mariah and the rest of the staff on the second floor at Twin Lakes Terrace for their care and love during her time there. We appreciate the girls at the MGM day program for keeping her in high spirits having fun and laughing, and we thank Vision rest home for their care during her time there. Thank you to the doctors and specialists who took great care of her in her final years. Carol had many hobbies including gardening, people watching, word searches and mahjong. She loved visiting the cottage with her family, especially her great grandson. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her. She will be forever in our hearts. A funeral service and visitation will be held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 102 N.
