Bertha Adams

The angels are rejoicing. After a long and courageous battle with cancer, on Saturday September 5th, 2009, BERTHA JEAN ADAMS has gone home to be with her Lord. Loving and cherished wife of John Adams, mother of Michelle (Derek) Dewit, Darren (Tanya) Adams and Dave (Sheri) Maw. Grandmother of Alexa Maw, Jacinda and Tabatha Dewit, Bryce and Tristan Maw. Daughter of Norma and the late Carl Maness and the late Gene and late Teleford Adams. Sister of Carlyle (Carol) Maness, Carletta (Tom) Maness, Edwin (Sandy) Maness, Bruce Maness, Trudy (Dennis) Groom, Carole (Rob) Delion, Arlene (Vern) Gray. Daughter of the late Orval Wrightman Sr. and sister to Joyce Bowen, Ramona (Fred Sands), Orval Wrightman Jr. (Serella), Dana Wrightman (Susan), Delores (Fabian Williams), Ernest Wrightman, Susan, Donna Miller (Steve), Doyle Wrightman, Andrea Allison (Mike) and the late Mark Wrightman. Sister in law to Frances (Percy) Pawis, Roxanne Oliver and Tim Adams. Over 40 nieces and nephews also survive. Resting at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre where services will be held on Wednesday September 9th at 1:00 pm. Visitation will be held at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre on Tuesday from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Canadian Cancer Society (cheques only please). Arrangements entrusted to the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL AND CREMATION CENTRE .
