Berenice Gander

GANDER, BERENICE CATHERINE (MOTT) - Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Monday, March 21, 2011, Berenice Catherine Gander passed away at the age of 83. Berenice was the beloved wife of George Gander and the mother of Georgia Gander and Geoffrey Gander (Donna). She was predeceased by her siblings Elgin, Dwight, Audrey Ford, Manley, Freda Langan, Guy, Delbert and Maxine Mott. She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Jesse Pumple, Heather and Michael Griffin, Craig and Jill Gander and Rachel Gander. Also survived by her great grandson Matthew. Friends will be received at the D.J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Wednesday, March 23rd from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 7:00 - 9:00 pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 24th at 10:00 am at ST. GILES PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 770 Lakeshore Road, with the Reverend Barry Van Dusen officiating. Cremation will follow with interment at Resurrection Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Pathways Centre for Children and Youth or a charity of your choice (cheques only please).
