Barbara Ann Sitzes

At Bluewater Health on Sunday, October 4, 2015, BARBARA ANN (BURGESS) SITZES, age 80 of Brigden, passed away. She was the dear wife of Robert Dalton Sitzes and loving mother of Jack (Linda), Dick, Dennis,  Jim, Steve (Carol) and Tom Sitzes, grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, sister of Katherine Brain, Foster, Jim, Bill and Donny Burgess and best friend of Laina Duncan. She was predeceased by her son Billy in 1963. Barb was born in Point Edward and enjoyed her summers at Cedar Bay with her family and her knitting. There will be a gathering of family and friends held at the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St., Sarnia) on Thursday, October 8th between the hours of 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm. It was Barb’s wish that no services be held and cremation to take place after.
