At Bluewater Health - Mitton Site on Monday, July 5, 2010, A. BARBARA LOUISE (YOUNG) PARSONS, age 79, of Sarnia, beloved wife of the late Stewart Ernest Wilmont Parsons. Dear mother of Stewart Eric George Parsons Jr. of Sarnia. Dear sister of Patricia McIlwain and her husband Garland of Wyoming. Sister in law of Alice Parsons and Murray Parsons both of Sarnia. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by a son Michael, a daughter Rebecca, a brother George Young and a sister Katherine Page. A lifelong Sarnia area resident, Mrs. Parsons was a member of St. George's Anglican Church. She was retired as the manager of the E.K.G. Department of St. Joseph's Health Centre with 32 years of service. Funeral service will be held at ST. GEORGE'S ANGLICAN CHURCH, (Charlotte and Vidal Streets) on Thursday, July 8 th. at 11:00 a.m. with the Venerable James Dugan officiating. Interment in Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation at the D. J. ROBB FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Wednesday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Sympathy may be expressed through memorial donations to the Sarnia Humane Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
